1. We treat serious in customer services. All items are guaranteed in brand new. Our professional technicians will examine and test of each item before shipping.
2. In case of out-of-stock, we will ship the item in same specification but in other brand to you. The difference is only the model number and the packaging included colour and promotional message. No refund will be accepted.
3. We are not responsible for any import tax, custom fee or custom delay.
4. We will ship the item around 5 working days after clearance of payment. Under normal situation, we received the sales & payment notification from ebay and Paypal around 3 days after customer settled the payment. Due to we receive hundreds of order everyday, the dispatch time will have around 2 - 3 days delay. In case of any delay shipment, we will inform customer promptly. Please accept few working days for packaging and payment verification.
5. We reserve the right to cancel the auction and leave negative back if customer does not clear the payment within 3 working days.
6. We reserve the rights to change the terms and cancel the auction without notice.
7. No refund will be accepted.
8. Payment must be cleared within 3 days after placed an order. We will full refund to customer in case of out of stock.
9. We reserve the right to not accept the payment or seek proof for unconfirmed shipping address.
10. We may request you to submit the ID or address proof for verification.
11. Under normal situation, we will ship the items within 5 working days after the clearance of payment.
12. The item will be shipped directly from our Hong Kong sales office. The shipment period is normally around 3 to 10 days depending on the destination.
13. Tracking number will be sent by email after release the shipment. Please note that not all region is supported the online tracking service. But you can still contact us to check the delivery status by email.
14. We are not responsible for any custom fee, custom delay or import tax. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay all the return and resend shipping cost. Buyers can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
Our certified technicians will test the items before dispatch. If you received a defective item, we will exchange the brand new item or other brand new item in same specification within 7 days from the date of receipt delivery. If customer does not contact us within the said period, we will assume customer satisfy the item and we will not precede any exchange and refund in-store-credit requests.
15. We highly recommend professional installation. Improper installation and the damage arisen by misuse of items are considered personal damaged and cannot be returned for replacement.
16. Almost 100% of exchange request is mis-installation. We are guarantee our product works in good condition before the shipment. Please remind you are buying a high technology product, it is nomral that you will find difficulties during installation. Please try to read the installation guide carefully or send your question to us directly.
17. In case of defect found, customer should ship back the item in their own cost for investigation. Returned merchandize will be carefully inspected. If the inspection report proves it is a defective item, we will precede your exchange request, refund the shipping cost and ship back the item in our own cost. If the inspection report proves buyer mis-used or mis-installed the product, we will not procede the exchange request. Customer should pay the return shipment cost, otherwise, we reserve the right to disposal the item.
18. If the replacement is out-of-stock, we will refund to you.
19. The item should be returned in the original box with all packing materials, warranty card, manuals, accessories, etc., insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandize. Any used / damaged item will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
20. We will only refund 60% of any open box or installed items after receipt the returned item. Customer should be returned all packing materials, accessories, manuals, warranty card in original box.
21. We offer 1 year free repairing service from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. It normally takes 10 business days for inspecting the item depending on the complexity of technical problem. Please be patience during the time for repairing. We recommend customer to install our items by professional installer.
22. Customer may charge import tax, value added tax, sales tax or customs clearance fees in some countries.
23. Buyer is responsible for the above tax if any. We will try our best to minimize the risk of paying such tax, such as marked the item as sample or gift in under-value. Please confirm us before shipment.
